Description:
An obsolete and decaying agricultural structure from a working farm in rural Minnesota was dismantled and reconstructed at an open-air history museum in St. Paul, where I wove the structure with 300lbs. of salvaged rope over the course of a summer. The installation was intended to highlight the inherent architectural beauty of this common utilitarian structure revealing its capacity to be simultaneously full and empty.
