This is part of an occasional series about objects that live in my studio.

This is something that I hope sees the light of day one day.  This is just a simple tower. This was a proposal for a camp out in the woods in the northeast.  But the idea was that it just stands in the woods, and it’s a woven wooden tower.

And you enter it, and the light goes through the holes, and then it’s woven.  It’s a space to go in, and the shadows and the light play off of the inside as the sun moves through the day.
